Leveraging one of the hyper-growth E-Commerce platforms Tmall and its streaming platform, Cosnova can tap into the young trendsetters and beauty enthusiasts in scale.
Insight
We are commissioned to build Cosnova’s T-Mall and Chinese Social Media presence from scratch. Assortment planning is one of the essential keys to success in China's e-commerce. We needed to understand the tastes of the locals so that we could set up assortment planning strategies to ensure store performance. With our Social Media and T-Mall strategist, we know what works well in interacting with the customers and how to drive more traffic to the T-Mall flagship stores through social and other channels.
